Refund policy

In e&e Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 60 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that all our jewellery is customised and they are one-of-a-kind, that is why returns will incur a 30 percent restocking fee
