Shipping Information

Processing and Delivery Times 

Orders received before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) are processed the same day and shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska may require additional processing times to confirm your details with your card issuer. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, will be processed by a third-party, International Checkout.

 Complimentary Shipping

 Complimentary shipping will automatically be applied during checkout. No code required. Offer applies to shipping on all over the world for any product.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only) 

First Class Delivery (1-3 Days) to United Kingdom Delivery

 3-5 Days to European union 

 5 - 6 DAYS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 

(Note that during busy period’s etc. national holidays, weekends your delivery may take longer to reach you)

Returns and Exchanges 

In e&e Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Please return your item unused and in original condition, including labels, with proof of purchase within 30 days. Send the return using Royal Mail 2nd class, Signed-for delivery.

Wel'll refund your purchase and delivery charge. If you have returned your product because of it is faulty or because of we have made a mistake with your order, we will also refund your return delivery costs.  

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE.

Our offline stores have their own payment processing systems. If you would like to return or exchange a product you purchased from one of our offline stores, this can only be processed at the same offline branch where you made your purchase.

International Returns (Outside the UK)

Unfortunately, e&e Jewellery is unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.

  •   You will receive emails to update you on the status of your return request
  •   Once the request is accepted, Simply pack and send the items to our retun addres;

Once your return has been administered, please allow up two (2) weeks for processing. A refund will be reflected on your credit card statement within 5 business days.
